Resting heart rate only displayed on app dashboard on iphone

I recently changed my Fitbit from Alta-HR to the Charge 3. Since installing this on my app I've noticed my resting heart rate only is displayed on the app dashboard. Whereas I had my heart rate displayed real time when was using the Alta-HR. Anyone else had this issue? Any advice?
