Update: I have moved on from FitBit; currently using/trying the Galaxy Fit3. It's quite reasonably priced, my Peloton activies sync with Samsung Health, I have steps, can log food, water, heart rate, it now offers Blood pressure reporting and blood glucose (don't need it, but it's there). Looks like a competitor for FitBit. So far, quite happy. So long FitBit.

Over the last few days, the app (V4.25) no longer is either syncing with my FitBit Luxe for Exercise or updating with Peloton. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the app numerous times, forced stop the app, Bluetooth off/on, restarted the Luxe, cleared the cache, restarted my phone numerous times. Now all I have is an area that is greyed out, and ALL my exercises have been removed. This is totally disappointing. I'm at a loss of what to do. Note: My husband's Fitbit App (v4.24- he has not updated) is working perfectly.

I have a Versa and I am having the same issue. My exercise days have been greyed out since Sept. 1 and none of the things you mentioned worked for me either. It is quite frustrating.

I have a Charge 5 and I'm having the same issue. My exercise days have not been syncing since September 1.

I have the same issue! My exercise was tracking just fine until today. Now the tile for exercise days is just grey squares and I can't click into it to view anything. I've tried rebooting my phone, force stop and clear cache, uninstall/reinstall, log out and in, etc.

I am having the exact same issue and have tried multiple times to uninstall/install, force stop/restart watch, restart phone, disconnect/reconnect phone...this won't go away and show my work out days. Interestingly, though, my watch has the actual days and stats for the workouts. Have you been able to fix yours?

I've been having this same issue for days. Have also tried everything - uninstalled/reinstalled, disconnected from peloton/reconnected, etc.

Mine just started working again on its own. I'm not sure why. I wish I could offer some helpful tip but I don't have one.

Same issues here with my Charge 2. Very annoying. Would be nice if Fitbit addressed the issue. With so many different devices having the same problem…. I can get the info on my watch daily but it never shows on the dashboard.

Came here to start a thread but I see it's not just me. This fitbit app is NOT syncing any of the exercise I set on my Charge 2. It used to show up within a few minutes of completing it WHEN I HAD THE DESKTOP PAGE. I ASSUMED it was doing the same on the app on my phone, but the other day I checked because it said 0 exercise days when I had definitely been exercising. I don't know how long it's NOT been syncing or why, but this is getting to be more trouble than it's worth. I have to manually log exercise that I've already set on my fitbit. WHY? You need to fix this across ALL the fitbits. You've already dumped a lot of functionality for a lot of us by getting rid of the desktop option, now this?

I am having this same issue, on my Inspire 3 it shows 5/5 days of exercise but App shows the exercise grayed out and I can not look back at my exercise history. If you find a fix, please let me know.
I have un-installed Fitbit app, restarted my phone, restarted my Fitbit, logged out and back in...I am at a loss how the get the exercise to show on the app dashboard and get the exercise history back...so frustrating.

My wife & I are both experiencing the exact same issues & frustrations. App won’t easily sync with either of our fitbits without fiddling with it for 10 minutes. Then if/when it does appear to sync intermittently, only the steps for today appear (no other data: distance, floors, etc.). If we page backwards to previous days the app displays the exact same data for each day (no individual day’s history - all dates display “today’s” data). We have force quit the app, disconnected & reconnected Bluetooth, un-installed & re-installed the updated app, logged out / logged in, updated our iPhones to IOS 17.7, un-installed & re-installed fitbit app. Nothing has worked. This is no way to treat a loyal Fitbit community, these devices are not cheap. I expected far more now that google has taken over, but there is no readily available public information as to what is happening or guidance as to how to fix it, other than referring us to a community of other users experiencing the same issues in hopes that we have collectively found a fix. Unfortunately, it appears as if google can’t find a way to better monetize existing devices / apps or if they are not capitalizing enough off the personal data they are collecting - they are not going to prioritize a fix for our issues. There is no reason that google, with all its resources, has allowed this situation to exist for 2+ weeks at this point!!

Same here. I have an older mode (Inspire HR), but the problem seems to be the app, rather than the tracker. My workout data in my Android phone app shows time spent in different heart rate zones. It’s only when I want to see the time in heart rate zones for the day that I get zero minutes in every zone. It seems to be happening since the update giving access to Peloton. I’ve sent feedback to Google through the FitBit app, but so far, no change. *sigh*

Mine too! I went back through months of exercise and the work outs were there...it seemed as if they were re-populating slowly...then when I got to this month, I had to manually load and push the workout history from my peloton to my fitbit and it all started to show eventually with the exception of a couple of days.

Well, I spoke too soon. My exercise days started showing again for a few days but now they are greyed out again.
Google should fix this immediately, tell us when they intend to fix it, or admit they are throwing Fitbit to the wolves. Leaving us hanging like this is unacceptable.

Frustrating how so many of us are experiencing this and yet nobody from Fitbit has popped up to put all our minds at rest.
My App decided to stop uploading workouts captured on the Charge 5 and having signed out, logged back in I now have the dreaded grey out for all my activities!!!

If it helps, spoke to FitBit and they are very much aware of this bug and are working to resolve it with a fix. No timeframe provided.
I recommended they post updates in these forums to appease their audience base.
