App settings and clock faces won't load

Hello,

I am having trouble viewing my app settings or selecting clock faces in my Fitbit app. I have this issue both on my Windows 10 and Android app.

When I open the app gallery and select an app, or open the clock faces and select a clock face, I just get a spinning circle and it never loads. I can see my apps/ clock faces, but when I click on them, I get the spinning circle.

I managed to reach the app settings on my Windows 10 app once, but now it no longer works.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the apps. I have also restarted my Fitbit, restarted my phone, restarted, my computer, turned wifi/ bluetooth on and off, etc.

I just got my Fitbit yesterday and have already spent hours trying to troubleshoot this, reading previous posts. I've tried the solutions in the posts and they do not seem to work. I don't have any ad blocking on my phone and even tried pausing my firewall. Any help is appreciated.

I have the Versa 2 and the same thing is happening.  I called customer service last night and they said it was a Fitbit app issue, not my phone issue.  I uninstalled the fitbit app and re-installed with no luck.

I chose the Versa 2 over the Charge 4 FOR the apps and now they aren't working.  I'm debating returning and getting my money back.

Yeah, it feels like I am troubleshooting something each day. Never had so many problems with an app or device before.

I've seen many people post about this problem, but years later, it still seems to be a problem. Is Fitbit going to fix it?

I've had the exact same issue on my Versa lite that I purchased a few days ago. I have tried two different android devices and neither worked. However, it worked when I tried the Fitbit app on an iPhone. So if you have access to an iOS device, it might be able to solve your issue while waiting for the android version app gets fixed (if it is to happen). I hope it helps.

I am having the same issue with the Versa 2 I received a week or so ago. Brand spanking new! I could not get the app to work with my kindle so I used my desktop. Now I can not choose things like apps or clock faces. O,o
