Apps do not stay logged in

Certain apps do not remain logged in, on the versa. For instance, a flight status app requires I sign in every few hours on the fitbit app under settings... is there a way to save my log in credentials or stay logged in?

@Czerndd9 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for your post regarding those apps like the United Airlines one and the log in situation.

I believe this app won't allow to save any log in credentials. I was thinking it won't as the app needs to update information every now and then, so asking to log in every few hours could mean that the app is updating this information.

However, please try uninstalling the app and installing it again and check if the same keeps happening.

Also, what other apps are asking you to log in every now and then?

While it seems to be working now (log in less frequently), it does not display all of my upcoming flights. It has 4 flights displayed, but is missing a few in between date-wise (these flights are available and displayed in the phone app).

@Czerndd9 Thanks for your reply and for providing that information! I'm glad to read that it is asking to log in less frequently.

Have you tried logging out and logging back in (or just logging back in if it asks you to); and check if the flights that don't appear now will show after doing that? 

I'm trying to confirm if the app updates its information between each log out/log in. Also, will it only show 4 flights at a time?
