Since you obviously don't want to read the discussion I have a great suggestion: sell your Ionic and buy a new one 🤗
It's not only a problem created by Fitbit but the apps listing should indicate it's a free trial or payment is expected. The link provided for me to enter the code being requested doesn't work.
Best AnswerBe sure that you enter kzl.io/code not klz.io/code in your browser. Or just use https://kiezelpay.com/code/ but this long url is maybe to long for info texts on such small display.

This post was very helpful, but I am now trying to change the clock face and the silly code forcing me to purchase the weather application keep coming up. So frustrating, I have had several different varities of Fitbit , and I can tell you the Ionic has been a real pain! How can I simply go back to the default clock face and get rid of this stupid weather app trying to force me to purchase. Fitbit - is it really worth the negative feedback you are getting to force customers to sign up for this app? Not sure if you are getting a share of the proceeds, but you are likely going to lose more business than this app will give you. Clearly there has to be a better way! Help

Best AnswerPlease, please, take your Kzl.10/bigw away from my fitbit. It is the most annoying thing I have ever had to contend with. It makes a mess with my $350 fitbit watch.
Please take this away from my Fitbit program.
I will expect to receive a notice that you have in fact removed your Kzl.10/bigw from my Fitbit account.

Best AnswerSorry @annie5 you will have to do this.
Since you loaded a third party app that requires payment .
You have two choices.
Choice 1 is to remove the pay to use app.
Choice 2 is to Kzl.10/bigw, it usually changes, on the web and pay the few dollars that the developer is asking for.
The choice is up to you .
The only way to get rid of the message is to pay for it. Or change to one of the free watches face you can get from Fitbit

Best AnswerIts a paid app so go to to clocks and download another clock and this message will disappear, hope this helps 😁
Best AnswerI actually paid for it. It was under 2 bucks and worth it!! A one time payment. I only choose one that I wanted so I just paid for one clock face. You can pay 9.99 for alot more but I don't need to change my clock faces.
