Bitmoji Clock Face

Having trouble installing the bitmoji clock face on my Ionic. I googled and read the other posts here, but none of the suggested fixes worked for me (uninstalling the Fitbit app, logging out of Snapchat, creating a new bitmoji within Snapchat, etc). I am logged into Snapchat and my bitmoji account is connected to my Snapchat one, but when Fitbit tries to connect it returns a “we can’t find you” reply. Based on my google searching, I see this is a common but frustrating issue. Would appreciate any guidance.

Clock faces do not work if you don't meet all the requirements needed for a specific clock face. You can read on the article (Link below), the requirements for the Versa that you have to meet (NOTE at the end to the article)
https://www.revick.net/tutorial/fitbit-how-to-change-clock-faces-on-fitbit/

You can also do like me and create your own faces on https://fitface.xyz . I found it some time ago in the community-made by some cool developer: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/SDK-Development/Mockup-your-clockfaces-with-FitFace-xyz/td-p/3224337

Thanks for your reply. I finally managed to get the download to 99% (it froze here repeatedly at 99%) and it seems to work fine. I’ll definitely check out the “make your own” app that you sent me. Appreciate that link!

Also, thanks for the link to the article for the ionic and versa clock face requirements. That was super helpful.
