Unable to select a third party clock face

I just got my new. Versa 2 today, and when I try to change the watch face from the Fitbit app, for ALL watch faces - except the Fitbit developed faces - the Select button is grayed out and nothing happens when I try to click it. Anyone else had this happen?

Hi @GodsPreciousGem. Welcome! It's great to see you here in the forums and I'm sorry for my delayed response.

 

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. While it's odd that you're not able to choose a third party clock face for your Versa 2, I'd recommend to try the following steps:

 

  1. Verify if your watch firmware is updated. For instructions, see this link.
  2. Make sure the Fitbit app is also updated as described here.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Restart your Versa 2 as described here.
  5. Try one more time to change the clock face.

 

If the same keeps happening, please take a screenshot and attach it in your reply with the steps from this post so I can take a deeper look.
