The BitMoji icon on the clock face is not displaying properly. It will only have have the image and big spaces of either white or a bunch of different colours. I have resynced, down factory reset of watch and it still happens.

Hi there, @BanjoZebra. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out.
If the issue persists after the restart, see Bitmoji’s help article or our blog post Bitmoji and Fitbit Clock Face Partnership for troubleshooting steps.
On a side note, could it possibly have something to do with the chosen outfit? A friend of mine have had that happen every time he tries to change his avatar to an outfit supporting the New England Patriots. When he changes it to Red Sox, Celtics, Bruins, or anything else, it transfers fine, it's only with the Patriots outfit that it has issues. I'd say that you try changing the current outfit to see if that does the trick for you too.
By the way, I've moved your post to the Fitbit App Gallery board for organization purposes.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

I have the same issue on my new Fitbit Sense. The Bitmoji Avatar on the clock face appears pixelated and parts of it are missing or moved. I know that it is not the chosen outfit. I had a different Fitbit Sense yesterday that I had to exchange today due to other malfunctions, but the Bitmoji Clock Face worked just fine on it. I have not changed my avatar. The new Fitbit has issues with it that I cannot solve.
