Can't connect Pandora to my Versa 3

I signed up for the Pandora Premium trial through the link within the FitBit app, but when I try to log into the app I get the following message:  "An unexpected error occurred.  Please try again later."  I've been trying for a day now and keep getting the same error.  I've tried unlinking the account and linking it again as well as uninstalling the Pandora app and re-installing and keep running into the same issue.  The whole reason I upgraded to the Versa 3 from the Charge was to be able to workout without carrying my phone around, so this is a pretty key functionality for me.

Hi Maria,

 

The links you provided were not helpful.  I am still experiencing the same issue and receiving an error message when attempting to log in to my Pandora account via the FitBit app.  Please escalate to someone in support that can resolve this issue.

I'm glad to let you know that we were informed by Pandora that the situation got solved and everything should be working fine again. 

Please remove the connection to Pandora and reconnect the accounts again.

I was also having this issue with my new Sense. I saw this update yesterday and have tried multiple times since then to sync my pandora account with my new device and it gets to the screen to select my playlists and does nothing from that point. I have tried unlinking the account and signing back in as well as uninstalling the app completely and reinstalling it but nothing is working. I have the device connected to the charger and have checked to make sure the wifi is also connected. I have even tried to run the force sync and nothing happens. All I get is a bar on the top of the screen that says "Preparing music for download" but on my watch, it still shows 0% downloaded.

@jschmidt33 Nice to see you here. Could you please make sure that the Versa 3 is plugged to the charging cable while it's connected to the wifi. This will avoid that the connection gets lost if the Versa 3 turns the wifi off to save the battery.

Like I mentioned in my post above I had the device connected to the charger as well as an active wifi network. I plugged it in last night before bed hoping they would download overnight and nothing happened. I have been trying for most of the day today and I am still not able to get anything to download. This has all been with the device on the charger as well as connected to wifi.
