My Versa died today and I picked up a Sense. When I went to download the Knitbit app I can't find it. Help!

@SunsetRunner is right. If you take a look here, you can see the app has not been updated to support the newest smartwatches. Because I cannot preview the contact information for the developer (one could do that if they had older device installed such as versa 2), the only thing I can recommend is:

 

  1. Ask the developer Aaron Stewart publicly on the forum to update the app. You can try posting your request on Fitbit App Gallery forum.
  2. Ask someone on the Versa forum (Versa, Versa 2 or Lite) or Ionic forum, to search the KnitBit app in their appstore and provide you with the contact info for the developer. They will be able to see it on the main page of the KnitBit app in the Fitbit mobile app. Usually it is email address, so you should be able to reach out to the dev.

It does not appear that the app is compatible with either the Sense or the Versa 3. The developer would need to update it for the new o/s (Fitbit 5.0).

I put a post up on the Fitbit App Gallery, Versa and Ionic forums, hoping that I could contact the developer requesting to update the app.

It was one of the most used apps on my Versa and I recently got a Versa 3 because the other one died.

 

Hopefully it will get updated, otherwise I'm looking into fitbit app development and might create a similar application
