Can't find a clock face with the SpO2 data

My Versa 3 clock automatically changed to one that doesn't read SPO2 and I can't find any of the clock faces that read SPO2, including my old one. Have the SpO2 clocks been removed?

Hello @JohnT63 and welcome to the Community.  This is the second or third very recent post where a Versa 3 or Sense user wrote that their SpO2 clock face disappeared and they can't see any in the Gallery.  I can't troubleshoot your issue, because I wear a Sense 2.  But I have some good news for you.  The Versa 3 doesn't need an SpO2 clock face.  You can see yours in your Today stats.  If you tap on the SpO2 tile on the watch screen, you can see the range.  Fitbit Help article

Hi @JohnT63 - if you go to the Gallery tile in the Fitbit App, make sure you have the SpO2 tracker app which takes care of recording SpO2 without a clock face.

While there see if you can find your old face amonst the 5 saved.

Incidentally if you live in the EEA Google will deny you access to any non Fitbit clock faces from June 2024.

On the watch swipe the face to the left and tap on the Today app. Scroll down to SpO2 which shows your results and tap on it to see the range.

If it is not showing scroll to the bottom, tap on EDIT to add it.

In the Fitbit App Health Metrics you may find the Spo2 value (only) for the night.

Spo2 is only available in countries where it is supported.

As it is a calculated value it can take time and several syncs before the values appear.

I have been having trouble with my Sense for about a week so i factory reset and resynced today and also lost my spO2 Active Watch face and can no longer see it.

Hopefully this gets sorted. Disappointing to say the least.

@JohnT63   @Artega   I put my Versa 3 back on my account to help troubleshoot this issue.  I can confirm that the SpO2 clock faces are gone from the Gallery.  Yet they are all there for my Sense 2.

I filed a bug report.  I also moved this thread to the App Gallery forum, a better fit for this issue.

@JohnT63  @Artega   Do you use Android or iPhone?  A friend who uses Android sees SpO2 clock faces in her Gallery.

Hi @Artega @LZeeW - try installing from this link SpO2 Active if that is the face you need, it is listed as available still on Versa 3 and Sense.

If this works it's lkely just an app bug.

@Guy_   I don't want or need an SpO2 clock face on my Versa 3.  I put it back on my account to help these users troubleshoot their issue.  When I did this, there were NO SpO2 clocks at all in the Gallery.

@JohnT63 @Artega   All the SpO2 clock faces are back in the Gallery.

@LZeeW- it was my intention to help isolate the cause, never mind. Thanks for helping anyway.
