I am trying to get Fiit app on my versa 2 but the install button appears grey and I get a message pop up I should update my versa/ fitbit app or fiit. All of them got newest updates and yet still allow me the download the app. What else can I do?

@M.Adhnaan  - that's good progress with the firmware.

 

Preferably sync the watch manually before loading clocks or apps.
