Can't log into Uber

Can’t log into Uber app through Fitbit, does anyone have recommendations on fixing??

Hi there, @rahil.98. Welcome to the Community Forums. 

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend trying the following steps:

- Uninstall and reinstall the  Uber app
- Restarted phone, watch and router
-  Make sure that IP was entered correctly and phone is connected to WIFI
- Bluetooth is ON and the device is syncing on the app
- Permissions on apps are enabled

Still not logging

Try uninstalling on your watch and then downloading the app, if that doesn't help, then maybe you can't log in because you're having trouble with your account.
