Can’t switch to parent view

My Fitbit app is stuck on my child’s account. Every time I try and switch back to patent view and enter my pw it says incorrect pw ( it’s not). I’ve updated app, turned phone on/off multiple times, v CB Lisec app and reopened, logged in to Fitbit website and changed pw, but nothing works. Every time I open Fitbit app it’s still stuck on kids view

Go To Account  Then click on Switch to Parent view. If That Dosint work Unstall and re-install

Do you mean deleting the app then reinstalling it? I’m worried I will lose all my data and all my kids data if I do that

No I did That and it worked Saved data    But you Have to Sign into Your account

Fitbit App started working again, though still getting frozen a lot and/or randomly logging out
