When I first set up my Fitbit versa I thought the Fitbit clock was a little boring (no offense) I wanted a more alive clock so I looked through and I found a Mario one I liked. It said a 12 hour trial and then you have to pay I wanted to see what the reviews were and I accendentaly hit Install. Now im stuck with a dollar I don't want to spend and it's a clock I won't even use because don't like it
Does anyone know how to cancel a trial or am I an idiot I don't have to pay just I can't use it after 12 hours

Hi there @eggmancomix912, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that you're going through this situation. Thanks for your feedback.
For future references, with third party apps, note that Fitbit doesn't own or maintain third party integrations. In this case is recommendable to contact the third party developer to learn more about future implementations.
To contact the developer please open their app on the Fitbit App Gallery, scroll/swipe down and under "App Details" you will find the information.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

You can also just switch to a different clock, paid or free. Instructions are here https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2311/?q=Switch+clock&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1
