I can’t seem to link my Clue period tracking app to my Fitbit. I have a Luxe
why is it not possible to download?

Thanks for the details and screenshot provided. While there are some apps that you can install on your Luxe, most of them are compatible with our Fitbit Smartwatches. In the case of the Clue app, this one is only supported by the Versa, Versa 2 and Versa Lite, which explains why it shows "Not available" on your end.
We understand how great it'd be to have it available, and appreciate your feedback. Please note that you can always check the Menstrual Tracking Health tile on the Fitbit app, or swipe up from the Luxe clock face to see this information.
