Fitbit exercise videos start on their own

My Fitbit starts exercise videos from its site, while I am running and listening to an audiobook or podcast. Today it happened three times, and each time I have to stop running, stop the video, go back to the audiobook, and restart it. No other app does this on my iPhone, and no other program of Fitbit does it. Do they want to force me to watch the videos?  Is it so they can count me as a user?

Just to confirm, when the videos start by themselves, is the Fitbit app running (open) on your phone or just running in the background?
Is the display of your phone off or on, when this happens?

In the meantime, try shutting your phone off and then on again.
