Hi, when working on your clockface projects, is there a feature or way to send images on your clockface works to the back or front of another image and/or text (ie. overlapping)?

Hi,

You can reorder the elements in the stack on left side of the editor. Is it what you are looking for or do you want to do it when the face is running (if so, it is not possible)?

Best Answer

Yes, thank you!  That's exactly what I meant.  {Thumbs Up!}  🙂

A warm welcome to the Community @jbenton_2019 and @FitFace thanks for the input.

I am sorry for the delay in respond. I was able to see here that our friend @FitFace provided some information regarding your clock face inquiry. Was this the answer you were looking for? If it was, I recommend marking the answer given as a solution. By doing this, other users with the same inquiry will be able to find a faster response.

Now if your inquiry/issue wasn’t resolved, let me know and I will be glad to help you out. Robot wink

Hi! I am loving making faces 🙂

I was just wondering how I go about creating an arc or circle etc that fills in as you get closer to your goal?

Thanks!!

Hello @Hazelwood! For future references, with third party apps, note that Fitbit doesn't own or maintain third party integrations. It's up to the owner of the third party app to implement or update features for their app so in this case is recommendable to contact the third party developer to learn more about future implementations.

To contact the developer please open their app on the Fitbit App Gallery, scroll/swipe down and under "App Details" you will find the information.

Hey there @FitFace! In case you're around, can you give us a hand here?

If you need further help with the apps you can install on your Fitbit, take a look at the following articles:

Hi @FitFace

Just been checking out: fitface.xyz

It's a great web tool, and there are some really eye-catching designs for the Ionic & Versa.

I have a Charge 3. Are there plans to add Charge 3 clock face editing to this? That would make my day!

Thanks!

Best Answer

Thanks for that. I have seen others able to do it in the Fitface gallery, so it must be possible through the Fitface program.

Hi @Hazelwood

This is just simple maths.

In your arc element you can set the 'sweep angle' (for a full circle the angle is 360), you can enter different values to have an idea of what it does.

Then the tag #as# gives you the current steps count, #asg# gives you the goal steps.

So (360 * #as# / #asg#) will give you the right ratio for your angle. Just put this in the sweep angle text field.

Update: @TheSoutherner , sorry your Charge3 doesn't run FitbitOS so it is not possible to have 3rd party clockfaces at the moment. If/When Fitbit will allow this, of course we will try to support it!

Update: @larrydan Thanks 🙂

I'd love to see some stats on the faces I have created.
Is there anyway to see which ones are getting downloaded (mine are all free)?

@FitFace (or anyone who knows), are there any free clock faces available to download for Versa on Fitface.xyz where I can use my own photo? I know there are a couple in the Fitbit app clock gallery...just wondering if Fitface has some too. Thanks in advance!

Hi,

Tried to install FitFace. Though it's advertised as "Available to install from the Fitbit mobile app", I couldn't find it in the Fitbit app.

Has it been removed?

@FitFace I know but I don't want to actually create my own watch face. I want to use a watch face already created and use my own photo for the background. For example, there are few "use your own photo" watch faces in the Fitbit app gallery already created by devs. You just download the watch face and use whatever photo you want. So, was just wondering if there were some on the Fitface web site as well.
