I've been having this issue as well. I've done the uninstall and reinstall of fitbit app, turned the watch off and on again, phone off and on again... it starts to load when i select from the fitbit app, i can choose which watchface, but then i only get a 1/4 completion before it just sticks there.

@clevergnome can you confirm you have a Versa lite?

Users have problem with this watch because they have not received the latest Fitbit update and they are using a 4 months old version of our app.

Please, confirm you are using the latest version of the Fitbit app on your phone (3.12.1) and the firmware on your watch is the latest too (you can find the versions here https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1372/?q=update&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1)

Ya its the Lite that I have. the firmware and app are up to date. I contacted support about other app issues yesterday and was told that I am waiting on an update still which has caused other apps to not install or work properly. Kinda annoying but I guess it is what it is. I'll wait then until that update rolls out and try again.

Help, please? Of the 5 faces available from my Versa 2 "Clocks" menu, 1 of them is stuck in a code and tells me to go to fitface.xyz/buy. But when I go there and enter the code it tells me it's unavailable...HOW do I remove clock faces from the 5 available???

Do you have "Distance goal in miles" on Fitface Tag?
I'm trying to customize my ClockFase for Americans.

@Fitto-Bitto do you want to display the value of the goal distance or you need it for a progress bar (or progress arc)?

In the latter case, you don't need the value in miles, the value in meters is enough as you can access also the current distance in meters.

If you need to display the user's goal distance in miles, the only way is to multiply the goal in meters by 0,000621371.

Thank you very much FitFace.
That was a very simple and perfect solution!

Been using the FitFace for a while and it's great!
Already created a few clocks. @FitFace any change the clocks go to Fitbit general gallery? Also, is there a tool of some sort that we can use to import the clocks to fitbit studio?

Hi @andrelph we don't publish automatically the designs to the Fitbit gallery. We make a selection.
Also we don't provide a way to export the clocks to fitbit studio because this would probably kill our business model 😛

I'd like to add a function to my Fitface design based on Hours Active (# of hours the wearer has taken 250+ steps). I can't find a tag or a formula for such a thing. Can anyone advise me on how to make that happen?

I can't find my clock face in fitbit app clock gallery after publishing it. And on Web on fitface gallery, I find it but there is no option to install it, how do I install my own published clock faces?

If you have fitface installed as a clockface on your Fitbit, then it should
automatically appear in the "creations" category on your mobile app.

Hi @FitFace,

I'm getting started and considering a premium account to design and sell more elaborate clock faces. I've created some fairly detailed clocks and enjoy designing. The reason for premium is to add weather etc. Do you have any stats you can share on how many users have installed FitFace and/or how many designed have been purchased? I know that may be asking for too much info. I'm just looking to understand how much FitFace is used.

Thank you

Hello

Sorry for the late reply. I can't give you these numbers for privacy reasons, Fitbit has not released the number of active users either unfortunately 🙂

A premium account is not just about weather. You can also use custom fonts and you get reduced fees when you sell faces.

We thought 40$ was a fair price for an annual subscription. If you want to develop some faces with the Fitbit SDK (today it is not publicly possible for versa4/sense2), I'm sure you'll we quickly spend a lot of time (installation of the sdk, development, debugging, publication and user support)

Bye
