Best AnswerI need some help, I added a few faces to "try" on my watch and now I don't know how to remove them. I don't have the premium account at the moment. I have purchased a couple already but I can only have, what, 4-5 favorites? How do I remove a favorite? How do I install a watch-face other than hitting the plus and refreshing my list on my phone in the Fitbit app.
Your assistance is appreciated!!
Best AnswerGo to fitface.xyz. Go to clockfaces. Scroll down til you see Favorites. Click onto drop down arrow & click onto the face you want to remove. Then, remove from favorites.

@ron1967 I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up and would like to know if the workaround that shared @RottieLover helped you.
Looking forward to your response! ![]()
Best AnswerThank you for the wonderful app. I already made several watchfaces and use one of them every day.
There is one request for improvement.
Could you add "atmospheric pressure "(hectopascal)Tag to the activity tag?
or a "current elevation" Tag
Versa and Ionic have pressure sensors, so I think that seems possible.
Knowing the air pressure also makes it possible to detect hurricanes or bad weather. (I think it is effective even in the place where the cellular radio waves does not reach.)
Some other watchfaces already do this, and I only change to them when I climb mountains.

Hi @Fitto-Bitto we're glad you like the app 🙂
We will try to integrate this new tag if it doens't use too much memory 😛
Thank you for considering my proposal.
I hope my suggestions will help improve Fitface.
Best AnswerFitface does not appear in the apps area for my Versa 2. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Best AnswerHello, it is in the clocks category : https://gallery.fitbit.com/details/0799c9f7-8aa4-4795-9af2-8f8087654321
I hope you will enjoy it 🙂
Best AnswerWow thanks! I'm embarrassed to say I've spent over three hours trying to figure that out. I didn't realize it was in the clocks area. I was still looking through the apps area. Thank you so much!
Best AnswerI love using this to make clock faces! My only issue is that the font colors I select appear perfect on the desktop, but when the face is shown on the fitbit versa lite, its just black. i have a custom picture as a background and that shows. but the steps, heart rate, calories... everything else is shown but just black, not the colors i programmed. 😞

Best AnswerHello @TigressC you need to install this clockface https://gallery.fitbit.com/details/0799c9f7-8aa4-4795-9af2-8f8087654321
Then open the settings page, login with your Fitface credentials and you will see your designs. No need to publish them in the gallery.
Best AnswerI had already did those steps before posting. But when I select my clock face it does not install.
I have tried all the troubleshooting steps for transferring issues and nothing has worked.
Best AnswerI have had a similar experience.
Have you tried removing and reinstalling the Fitbit app on your phone?
