Deezer needs to update subscription every 15 days

Is there a quicker way to do this?

I don't have wifi so I have to connect my watch to the charger at work every 15 days and it basically seems to download all the content of the play lists all over again which takes up to four hours... it's a right pain in the butt.

Is there a way to confirm the subscription without taking so long?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Beinglucid1Robot Very Happy Note that you need a paid subscription to Deezer and a Wi-Fi connection to download music. For more information about Deezer subscriptions, see deezer.com/offers.

Additionally, I'd recommend taking a look at the article: How do I listen to Deezer playlists on my Fitbit watch?

If the issue persists and you no longer see your playlists on your watch, it may be because your Deezer subscription expired or due to another problem with your Deezer account. For more information about your account, see support.deezer.com.

Make sure your watch is charged and in range of your Wi-Fi network to verify your account status periodically.

I'm not sure what playlist are you downloading.

Is this music on the computer, Pandora, or Deezer, @Beinglucid1?

Sorry... Deezer... so the play list is on the Versa and it plays fine for 15 days then it needs to verify you have a current subscription and it takes four hours or so every time.

Interesting, I don't know why Deezer would need confirming.

This might be a question to ask Deezer.

It also would be helpful to have the word Deezer in the title, use the edit function.

I'm also going to move the post to the apps board since your question is not a tracker based question.

Exactly what I'm referring to... this is what takes four hours every 15 days... is it supposed to take so long?

Hi @Beinglucid1For faster download times, you might want to avoid large playlists. The more songs you transfer under one playlist the longer download times you will experience.

As I've mentioned above, if transferring your Deezer music takes more than 4 hours, please contact Deezer support by clicking here: support.deezer.com.
