Deezer won't work on my Versa

When I try to open Deezer on my Vegas it keeps telling me to go to the website and enter the code. Which I do. It then asks me to sign in which I do. Then it says link. I try that then it flashes up error occurred and that's all I get. Everyti

Thanks for letting me know about your Versa and the steps followed to connect with Deezer. Before anything else and just to make sure, please verify the following factors that might be causing this issue:

 

  • Your phone and watch aren't next to each other.
  • Your watch isn't connected to your home WiFi.
  • There is a pending update for either your Versa or the Fitbit app in your phone.

 

That said, I'd recommend to try the following:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app:

    For iOS devices, see this article.

    For Android devices, see this article.

  2. Reboot your phone.
  3. Restart your watch.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and sync.
  5. Make sure your watch is connected to WiFi and next to the router.
  6. Try linking your watch with Deezer one more time.
