Hello Fitbit,
now ...months later I allowed oneself to ask for an bugfix for the Deezer max 25 Playlists issue.
Please refer to:
https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Ionic/Deezer-app-os-2-0/m-p/2626554#M46188
It is not enough to point to the Deezer support. You are Business Partners and you advertise your Product with Deezer.
So please: hoppa!
As of today the nice Fitness Smartwatch is just an tracker without integration to common platforms (Apple healt and others) and without MY music.
thanks
jonny

Hello @JayJay_de when you contacted Deezer, see your second link, what did Deezer say? With most apps third parties are responsible for their app.
When in the community forum your asking your fellow Fitbit users for help, sometimes the only thing we can do is point to support

Hi @Rich_Laue
thanks for your answer.
I personally have not yet contacted Deezer.
You have to consider here, that the issue exists within the Fitbit companion App. Deezer music service is integrated in this app like your basic music settings (transfer music via WiFi).
I also assume, that in general the Deezer integration is deeper than it is for other apps (integration with companion app AND FitbitOS).
if this is not the case, then it should be possible to use and manage the Deezer App like each other.
So... who is responsible? The provider of the App I use and have issues? Then it’s Fitbit.
But yes, I will doublecheck this with Deezer.
thanks
Jonny

I agree with @JayJay_de, Deezer is using a much more deep integration with Fitbit OS than possible by other developers using SDK (for instance SDK does not allow to write information in the storage).
In addition Dezer has been advertised since the beginning as official partner, my take is that the app has been developed jointly by the 2 parties with Fitbit more involved into the actual coding phase.

I also have thus exact issue on my new Versa 2. I agree with the user sentiments shared here. Fitbit needs to take ownership given their active promotion of Deezer linkage within their marketing materials to sell the product. I note that ive listed this issue elsewhere and someone who monitors this forum is actively manipulating my comments around to minimise the problem exposure. Not good Fitbit! Or perhaps you’re now acting under Google instructions?

@Rich_Laue actually, this forum is monitored and administrated by Fitbit personal. So whilst in is a “user forum”, the powers that be over at FitBit have control. I know; my comments on this topic have unfortunately been manipulated to minimise damage to Fitbit.

Actually the few n moderators do not try to monitor the whole forum but depend on the community to monitor and report possible violations.

Is there any update on this? 2022 and fitbit app only showing 25 playlist??? Fitbit Premium support unable to help. I should restart my phone, app and watch. Haha 😂
