Exercise log zone minutes inaccurate

For the past 6+ weeks, every time I workout the app will only give me zone minutes for up to the duration of my activity. E.g., I'll run for 30 minutes, and it will give me 30 zone minutes, even though my HR shows that I was in vigorous/peak for 25+ minutes. Then I'll go over to the zone minutes tile and it will show like 60 zone minutes for the exact same time frame. This happens on walks too if I end up in vigorous/peak at all. It will never give me more zone minutes than the duration of my activity, so a 25 minute walk will be 25 minutes of zone activity, even if the zone minutes tile shows 30 zone minutes because of a few minutes in higher activity levels.

It's been driving me crazy and I've been DM'ing fitbit about it almost daily on Twitter but they just keep saying their engineers are looking into it and tell me to update my app and restart my device, which I've done about 3241023 times. I figured I'd try over here to see if others are having the issue or any ideas for how to fix it.

Here's just one example from last night: I ran for 23 minutes. My exercise log screen shows 23 zone minutes despite higher HR activity. The zone minutes on the zone tile shows 45 zone minutes for the same activity start time.

I use a Luxe if that matters, but I doubt it since it seems like this is an app glitch.

Make sure your heart rate tracking settings are set correctly in the Fitbit app. Sometimes, settings can affect how zone minutes are calculated.
