What is up with the Find Phone app in the Fitbit gallery of apps?  I recently received a replacement Versa 2 and noticed that the Find my Phone app is not on my device.  So I attempted to download it  on my phone but the Install button is disabled (white).

I contacted Fitbit for help but that was useless unfortunately.  It appears that there is a problem with the app since the Install button is not green like other apps than can be installed.  Funny thing, the Find Phone apps by third party developers which require payment have Install buttons that are enabled.

I just want to get the app downloaded to my device (versa 2).  Any suggestions.

If you just got the replacement, just be patient for a few days.  I expect you will soon get a firmware update with it.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I waited as everyone suggested (patience); then I got a message that a firmware update was available. After updating, the Find My Phone app appeared on my device.Sent from my Metro by T-Mobile 5G Device
