No weather report. Says sync with phone. I thought I was sync'd

Hi there, @Snakesup. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums.
If the weather is not updating please take the following settings into consideration:
If you change locations, sync your device to see your new location in the Weather app. If you're running into syncing difficulties, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Last but not least, may I know what kind of issues you were having with your Versa 3? Did you manage to solve them? Were they syncing issues?

Lets check the settings and permission for the weather app
Open the fitbit app / Settings / tracker / Gallery / tap the arrow to the right of Weather. Make sure weather has permission to location.
On Android phones, please turn off power management for the fitbit app.

Hold finger on the app icon, tap serrings, tap info, tap power, turn of optimization.
Make sure the app has permission to run in the background
