I just installed and paid the app Find My Phone for my Fitbit Versa Lite. It keeps saying “invalid Device ID” and I can’t figure out where to find the so called device ID. Is it my IPhone serial number? I already put that in, but it still says it is invalid. Help me please! 🙏🏻 Thank you

Hi @MaikenMarie - Are you sure this app is supposed to work with the Versa Lite? Which phone do you have? And what exactly is the name of the app? On my iPhone, the Find My Phone app only works to find my iPhone and iPad. If the app you paid for advertised that it is specifically supposed to help find a Fitbit device, then you should contact the developers of that app. Please let us know how it works out.

I believe this app requires a sister app installed on the phone and the device ID will be shown their.

Fitbit find my phone. I'm an android user so I'm not too sure the app looks the same for iOS. When you buy the app open the app on your phone and it will give you a device ID that you take into the app section within the fitbit app, paste code and voila! Rings your phone on max volume
