Hi Fitbit

my App has not been working for a few days now. 
apparently it can see my Fitbit bit no data is being recorded. 
heart rate, sleep, exercise etc. 

many ideas on how to fix this?

May I ask what phone your Fitbit app is on @BrigittaA 

Have you tried these steps for sync issues.
