Fitbit and Strava linked and logged in via Fitbit app but not logged in on device

Hi. I recently purchased the Versa 2 and want to use Strava on it.

I have connected Strava and Fitbit online, and I have also logged in and authorised Strava via the Versa section on my Fitbit app. However when I try and open Strava on the Versa 2, I get the message "Link account: go to strava settings on your Fitbit mobile app to log in"

I've definitely already done this because when I go back to check in the Fitbit app it says that Strava is logged in and authorised. I've tried syncing the device several times and turning it on and off. Can anyone help please?

That is correct, until the user goes into their Fitbit app on the phone. Navigates to Account-tracker model-apps-Strava-settings. Then logs into their Strava account and then syncs there tracker, you will get the message to log into your Strava account.
