Alexa app works on my iPhone 8 Plus. which is connected to my Fitbit Versa 2. Wrote to numerous Help Centers. No one helped. I'm in Poland. How to resolve it?! I have German, English and US Amazon accounts if it helps. They told me to change address to the US, which doesn't make sense, as I'm in PL. It didn't help anyway. Alexa recognizes my Polish address automatically on iPhone. I activated and deactivated the Fitbit skill on all the above mentioned Amazon sites so many times. I spent countless hours trying to fix the issue. I'm so disappointed. The Fitbit Versa 2 doesn't connect with my Apple Music account either. But it's a secondary problem. My network provider is Orange.
