I noticed yesterday that when I tried to add a new weight, that the app wasn't allowing me to add it. Usually when I click the 'plus sign' to record new weight, the log is empty. You step on the scales and the new weight is recorded, right? This time, the log wasn't blank but showing the weight from the previous recording. Isn't it usually blank? I stepped on the scales anyway, and the weight in the log did not change. I feel the scales are working correctly & this is more of an app issue, and I just want to confirm that & try to fix it. I did remove the batteries in the scales & put them back in. I'll buy new ones today, just to be sure they are fresh. Any ideas on why the weight log may not be working correctly? Cuz I think that's where the problem lies, in the app & the weight logs. Everything else in the app seems to be working.

Is there no option to edit my post?
I wanted to add that I have am Aria Air scales.
Funny, I can edit my reply but I'm unable to edit my post. Why is that?

hello
An activity tracker can be a great tool to help you lose weight. And your Fitbit weight loss plan can work.
But you need to wear your Fitbit regularly, collect the most accurate data, and then use the information to make healthy long-term changes to your daily diet and exercise plan. Completing an extra 10,000 steps each day typically burns about 2000 to 3500 extra calories each week. One pound of body fat equals 3500 calories, so depending on your weight and workout intensity, you could lose about one pound per week simply by completing an extra 10,000 steps each day.
