I have an Ionic running pWeather.  At random times, the weather stops updating.  I discover that to get the weather to update I have to login again.  This is getting tiresome.  It started when I updated my iPhone SE to iOS 13.  Never had this problem before iOS 13.

Does anyone know a solution?

I understand you’re having trouble with your weather app associated with your Fitbit. Because this is an add on type of app I’m moving your post to the Fitbit App Gallery here:  https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Fitbit-App-Gallery/bd-p/appgallery I really think you would get more relevant responses there. 
I can’t edit your post but I would strongly suggest editing your post title to something like “Fitbit Weather App issues” to get more exposure. You can do this by tapping the three small dots in the upper right corner of your original post, then tap edit in the drop down menu, edit your title, then tap submit again.
