I have had problems off and on with the fitbit syncing and Amazon Alexa not connecting. Amazon Alexa show fitbit offline. I have logged out and back in of my Amazon account, tried disconnecting the devices, and anything else I could think of. Nothing has worked. Frankly I'm tired of the watch only working sporadically. I never had issues with my Garmin.

Alexa always shows my Fitbit is offline, but my Fitbit still has no problems talking to alexa.
Through the Fitbit app, Versa 2, Alexa. Do you have a log out button at the bottom?
When activating Alexa on the wrist, what error message do you see?

Mám to samé u Fitbit Sense a nejde aktivovat Alex Amazon. Bohužel, nikde nemáte dovolání. Dostal jsem hodinky jako dárek ale asi bych si je nekoupil. Nemaji žádné zastoupení nikde v Čr

Ty hodinky to ani neumi. Umi to, co vsechny oszatni hodinky. Hlavne ukazou čas a to je pro me důležitý. To, abych na ne mluvil, asi tezko pujdr a ani to nepotřebuji.
Je to jen reklama na nějaké funkce, které ty hodinky nikdy stejně mít nebudou. To dělají všichni výrobci a prodejci. Na to už jsem si zvykl.😊
