Is there any Ionic model that won't accept the Game Golf app? I can't sync app to add golf courses to watch.

I have just about given up trying to make this app work on my Ionic.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times and it still won't sync properly. I did manage to get a course on my watch last week but whilst on the course it either crashed or couldn't find GPS. I'm not sure if the problem is with the app or Fitbit but at the moment it doesn't work. Very disappointing!

Welcome to the Community Forums @Genemazo and @Jim_Sp! I recommend to sync and setup the local course and select "send to tracker". When you add the courses stay on the settings screen open the app and keep track on your watch as it builds your courses.
If you keep having issues with the Game Golf app, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app once again. Then, from the Fitbit app, reinstall the Game Golf app and try transfering the golf courses.
If you are still having difficulties with this after following those suggestions, I'd like you to send me screen shots of the error message or blank screen you're getting so I can go from there.
In addition, I recommend checking out this article to make sure your app is up to date.
If you are still experiencing any crashes/issues with Game Golf after updating, please feel free to let me know.
