I downloaded game golf and was able to pick my courses 2 days later it still says to add my courses but now I can't even access the settings to the app

Just wanted to jump in here to provide a quick update. 

 

The issue where users were unable to access Game Golf settings is now resolved. Smiley Happy

 

If you haven't already done so please update the Game Golf app to version 1.0.3.

Hello,

 

I downloaded Game Golf multiple times as I have had the issue where by clicking the settings the screen goes white.  When I can open the settings my home course does not move to the watch.  I receive the red circle with a line through it.  Can someone please assist me with this?  Its basically the only course I play so this is very much necessary for my continued use.  Thank you.

I cannot access settings either. 

Tries to initiate then screen goes white.

I have not seen any replies.

Did the developer Die?

I figured out a fix. Open your app, go to settings, log out then log back in. Open app, open settings, log in, and now you can update the courses. When you add the courses stay on the settings screen open the app and keep track on your watch as it builds your courses. Hope this helps guys! Let me know if you have any questions.

That’s the problem I cannot get INTO settings to log out or login.
When I got to settings it clocks for a second then screen goes white

This is the only golf app I saw, the developer's contact information is right there.

Why not go to their website and contact them, then? They have an
email address listed and a link to message them under support.

Couple a days ago i was able to get into settings and download two courses on my Fitbit. Now my Fitbit says to download the courses again, setting screen is all white.

Uninstall application on fit bit app on phone.  Wait a minute.  Reinstall. Keep app on watch closed open app on phone. Login. Then log out. Then log log back in. Then pick courses. Pick distance measurement. Then send courses to watch and rotating Circle should show up beside course names. Open up app on Fitbit watch and Presto.!

So now that all said I can't even get to a login page all I have is settings which won't work! It seems that once I allowed my phone to keep my login settings to join the community it somehow keeps my login settings for the app so now I can't log out or log into the app manually. I might have to uninstall the Fitbit app and reinstall
