Here we go again. I've never had so many problems with an app before. Just got a replacement Fitbit. I did all the install stuff. Added the Glance watch face and all I get is dashes. I have seriously tried everything for hours now. Reset, uninstalled, updates are good, permissions ok, sharing ok (with Dexcom) Changed clock faces and went back. Any ideas? So frustrated...
Best AnswerI used to have the Glance face on my fitbit. I passed it along to my T1D son. It worked. Then he stopped wearing the watch for a while. When he went back to school in person, the glance face did not work. We uninstalled and reinstalled everything. Restored to factory settings... nothing works.
