Hello! I cannot find the Home Connect app in the app gallery for my Versa Lite.

If you can't see the app you are looking for in our apps, it means that it isn't compatible with Fitbit. If the app you want isn't listed, you can always share your feedback with us about it by visiting our feature suggestions board.

Hi... so I have seen this app work on the fitbit a month ago so I know it is SUPPOSSED to be available. Is it listed under another name perhaps? Also, the Home Connect website shows that Fitbit is a partner (https://www.home-connect.com/global/connected-partners/connected-devices-services/fitbit). I do realize that it only works on the smartwatches, not the traditional fitness trackers, and that is what I have (a Versa Lite).

Hello, 

it is definitely available on Fitbit Ionic with the same name (Home Connect). My assumption is that the app is at the moment coded only for Fitbit Versa (and not Lite). Since the Lite version is very similar to the normal version (and for this specific app I don't see any reason why Lite shouldn't be supported) I think Home Connect Company should simply update its app supporting this device. 

I suggest to Write to Home Connect.
