How do you install apps on my charge3

I can't figure out how to install ANYTHING. I Know I have a limited choice of apps to install but I can't install anything

Hello @SunsetRunner and welcome to the Community.  All of the apps and available clock faces are loaded on the Charge 3.  The App Gallery has Fitbit and third party apps and clock faces that are available for the smartwatches.
