I can't get fitbit.com/deezer to open up

I just upgraded to Versa 2 after my versa's battety stopped lasting longer than 2 days.  I want to put some of my deezer playlists on my new watch, something I did with no problem with my versa.  However, after tapping on the deezer app on my watch & getting activation code, when I go to fitnit.com/deezer, all I get is the fitbit icon "pulsing," nothing else.  What can I do?  I don't want the watch if I can't put my deezer playlists on it.
