Hello Fitbit Community,
I've been experiencing some sync issues with my Fitbit device, and after doing some research, I discovered that the WiFi router plays a significant role in ensuring a smooth and consistent connection.
Has anyone else encountered problems with their Fitbit not syncing properly due to their WiFi router settings or configurations? If so, could you please share any tips or adjustments that helped improve your sync performance?

Hi @waqar3232 - the problem with syncing is generally an issue with recent Fitbit App versions, some are buggy.
The phone only uses Bluetooth to talk with the watch.
However a phone Internet connection is also required for syncing and while your phone may be connected with the router over WiFi there may be a problem with the router being connected to the Internet [or the phone not fully connected with the router] which can also create a hidden issue.
Try using a cell only connection on the phone to the Internet to verify the situation.
