Update 11/20/2024

This latest update has rendered my Fitbit completely useless to me. I need to know how many minutes I spent in each cardiac zone for a workout. This is the most important feature of the app and why I use a Fitbit. I purchased it with that feature and expect to be refunded for my purchase since it doesn’t work the way it did when it was marketed to me. I am 1000% dissatisfied with Fitbit. PS the call center rep doesn’t know what changes were made? Very helpful

Same here!  I am so annoyed. I have had a FitBit for many years and every time they change something in the app it makes it less usable. The sleep part is also unusable now. But not knowing the time spent in the cardio zone makes it nothing more than a step counter now.

I completely agree.  The most important feature of my fitbit for me is the monthly heartrate chart broken down by peak/vigorous/moderate.  Now I have to click on three different charts none of which gives the whole picture.  In the same way, the sleep charts are now useless because they don't include one chart which shows light/deep/REM sleep.  I can't understand why they would take away functionality with an update.  It's like Fitbit doesn't ask anyone who uses the watch what they think about the changes.  With all the useless survey requests I get online, the one survey I would like to take is one from fitbit going through all of the functions to get my opinions about what works, what doesn't and what I would change or want to see.  I've been considering changing over to an AppleWatch for a while.  This could tip the scales for me.
