I am having issues when I try to change my clock face on my Iconic. It will try to download and it just shows trying to download in the status bar. That I will get a Red X on my Iconic face and that a error message saying "Clock Error go to the Fitbit mobile app and try another clock. This has happened with several of the ones that I have tried. 😞 How can this be fixed?

@Jpittman18 Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for reporting this error from clock faces on this thread.
This could be fixed by checking how many apps you have installed on your Ionic. Ionic can hold up to 39 apps at a time.
You can try deleting an app and trying to download the clock face once again. Check this post for more details on this.
If you do not have 39 apps installed and the situation persists, try turning off Wi-Fi on your phone, try to download clock face, and then turn it back on.

oh my gosh. I have not had a clock face for over 2 weeks now. only help I get is thru em and all suggestions are what I have already done! nothing is working. had them delete acct and I started afresh w new em...guess what?? SAME ISSUE!! says "switching" goes on forever nothing.then u cant cancel it .only choice is to wait more or to click try later. it's ridiculous. anyone out there who can help?
