I have factory reset my versa and it is saying download fit bit app in other languages anyone help

If you factory reset your fitbit it wipes all data from it so it doesn't know that it's connected to your account any more. This means you need to go through the entire setup process again. In the app, go to the account section and select "set up a device".

 

Until the setup is complete and it's connected to your account again, the only thing it will do is show that message
