Message "Log into Spotify from the Fitbit app"

The only thing my fitbit displays is "log in to spotify from the fitbit mobile app." When I hold the reset button on the side, it displays "DND" with a white top on top, a line, and "Sleep" on the bottom but it doesn't reset.

Hello @RexBlock please open the Spotify app on your phone. Then make sure that you are logged into your Spotify account. 

This is so that the Spotify app on your tracker will be able to control the Spotify app on the phone.

I don't have a spotify app and, until Saturday, my fitbit worked fine.
