My Agenda App Not Logging In

The MyAgenda app no longer syncs my calendar. My Fitbit app is not allowing it to logon. When I contacted the MyAgenada app support. They can’t figure out why Fitbit isn’t allowing it to log in.

@DNyberg Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with the My Agenda app. Thanks for contacting the developer of the app.

 

I'd recommend uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it back to your watch. That usually helps with this kind of situations. 

 

You could also try performing a restart on your watch.

 

Also, are you using the correct credential to log in?
