I run 3 nest thermostats at three different locations. Currently the app will only let you scroll down to see the second location (and only 2/3 of the way but enough to hit the button for access). I cannot change the order they appear on the screen and I cannot scroll down far enough to get access to the third location.
So my question: How do I report this bug to Fitbit's app developers (as the app says that they are the developers)? Is posting the message here enough to report the bug or is there another channel?
Thanks

It's nice to see you around here @Hagame! I thought it might be helpful to clarify some of the features that the Nest app has to offer. With the Nest app you can:
Furthermore, I think it is important to clarify that in order for you to perform the functions listed above on your watch, that the Fitbit mobile app needs to be running or in the background, so the Nest app can connect to the Internet. Have you checked this?
Additionally, I'd recommend restarting your Versa by following these steps.
Looking forward to your response!

Marre - Although I appreciate the response this does not in fact answer my question or acknowledge my issue and seems more like a boilerplate response.
I guess I will infer my own answer from what you wrote and say that although the Nest app does show multiple location thermostats on the main screen (although overlapped and unable to scroll down past the middle of the second one) it is not designed to do so. If this is the case then you should kick this error to the development team as the app is broken for anyone that tries to use it and has more than one location (i.e. home, office, summer house, etc...) I can send screen shots if needed to assist.
It seems the app is already designed to handle multiple locations but the UI layout is not properly spaced and designed to handle it and is most likely an easy fix.
If the intent is to only have one location then it should let me pick the location I want to use with the versa app. Currently they are not listed in alphabetical order or the order they show in the nest app.
I understand that Nest users with thermostats in multiple locations (not in-house locations) is a small user base but it has been growing to the point that Nest themselves added support for this last year.
I will delete the app in hopes that someday it is updated.
Again, thank you for your response. I am glad that the thread was not completely ignored.

Hey there @Hagame @jpmaxwell Thank you for the thorough feedback for the Fitbit environment, customer service and devices. This has not gone unnoticed and be sure that I will pass this along.
We don't want to create frustration in our customers. Fitbit has been designed to provide motivation and help you to reach your daily goals to success. For both of you, please know that we provide feedback to our team based on community posts and we are always working on improving our devices and overall environment based on that feedback.
Can you please try uninstalling and reinstalling Nest App from your watch and App Gallery? Then, reinstall it and see if you can change the order of your thermostats.
If the issue persists, let me know.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times, I have also reset the watch (both soft reset and full reset) with the same results. This is not an end-user issue.
The problem arises on the main screen where you pick initial location. The second location is visible and you can scroll down just enough to click into it but it does not fully come on to the screen. Also, the header for the second location overlaps the main body of the first location. Scrolling any lower is impossible. My guess is that when it was developed, the .css file was not properly formatted to handle more that one location.
My suggestion for a fix would be to adjust the .css file for the main screen to handle three locations (the maximum allowed on one account from Nest)
Thank you for your reply and please do not take my previous comments as directed towards you or your team. I understand the balance of support and marketing you commit to in being a moderator.

Thanks for everything you've done so far @Hagame! Thanks also for sharing your suggestion about adjust the .css.file.
I thank you for your feedback, I totally understand your point my friend. Don't worry, I'm not taking your previous comments as directed towards me or to our team.
Before I can move forward, can you please let me know if the thermostat you're trying to adjust is either in Heat & Cool or Eco mode?
Ping me out!

Marre,
The heat/cool issue is irrelevant. The issue is not on the second screen where you select or adjust individual thermostats. It is on the first screen where you pick the location and home/away.
my configuration is as follows.
the first thermostat location to show on the app is actually the second one I installed.
- This thermostat runs heat and cool and is currently set to cool only, running on a mon - fri schedule
- This thermostats buttons appears in full on the watch screen but the header for the second thermostat overlaps the bottom of the "view all your thermostats" button
The second thermostat location to show in the app is actually the first thermostat I installed (over a year before the previous one mentioned).
- This thermostat runs heat only and is currently set to off for the summer
- On the main selection screen this thermostat is selectable when you scroll down but the "view all your thermostats" button is cut off with just the top of the word "thermostat" showing on the screen.
The third thermostat location is the last one I installed.
- This thermostat runs heat and cool and is currently set to cool only, This unit is set to off 90% of the time.
- this thermostat is un-viewable on the watch as I am unable to scroll down any lower than the second one listed.
Keep in mind that I am running three locations with one thermostat. Due to this I am unable to tell you if there is any scrolling or overlap issue once you get into a location and have multiple thermostats. Also, the thermostats are not listed on the watch in alphabetical or any order that makes logical sense.
I hope this helps.

@Hagame I hope you're doing well! Thanks for providing all of those details regarding the experience you are having with the Nest app. Thanks for all the troubleshooting you have tried so far.
For further investigation, could you please share some pictures of the app on your watch showing the described situation you are experiencing?
Keen to read if any other users are experiencing the same?
Keep me posted!

Santi,
Here are two images.
Image 1 shows how the app boots up and shows the overlap of the second location.
Image 2 shows that same screen and how far down I am allowed to scroll.

I hope these help.
