My wife has the Adidas Ionic version , and her app on the IPhone still has not updated to the new version Yet! Any ideas why she has not received the new version yet?

Is it an old version of the iPhone? I'm wondering if it is then the iOS version may not support the latest versions of the app.

Isn't the process still in staged rollout?

That would explain it but I thought I read somewhere that the rollout was now complete. Perhaps I'm wrong about that.

Not sure, but usually Fitbit rollouts take weeks, even months.

I had mine for 2 months, it all should come out at same time

My wife's Versa doesn't have the new firmware yet, my Ionic is long passed away RIP
