New App Won't Update Steps

Ever since the app was updated, I'm having trouble actually getting my step to update in the app. Several times a day I have to go and plug my Versa2 in, and hope it will sync. Today it's not working. I rarely had this problem before, but now its multiple times/day. Anyone have a suggestion?

My steps show up on the app but nothing else is syncing. I tried ALL the tricks. I see a new notice at top of Forums page saying, "We're continuing to investigate the issue affecting Fitbit devices." That one is different and new than previous one just up yesterday.
