Fitbit, will you please restore the previous App settings. Are you not listening……people don’t like this one 😠

I can’t change the priorities of what I want to see, there is no battery level indicator, and this supposed upgrade, is quite definitely not.
Please listen to your customer.

Ah, I got very excited then 🙄 but I’m an apple girl, so won’t work for me then.
Thanks anyway Joleca 😊

I agree! Please restore the battery power to the app. It was SO convenient as were the other features. I have an old school fitbit2 that love cuz it's low profile and I have a fun watch collection I wear so I rely on the app entirely and it's just not convenient or as user friendly any more. Please at least bring the battery power indicator back to the main screen!

YES, I just spent too much time trying to explain this to three separate people in the chat.  As it turns out you can't reorder within a section only sections. I hadn't even noticed that the battery level is missing.

Pray tell, how did you do it?

Sorry, have an Android.   Found an online app store that maintains the older versions of the apps.  From there I was able to download on my phone and re-install the previous version.   Unfortunately I don't think Apple will let you do that.

Oooh! I have an Android too, so this is awesome. Where did you find the app or do you have a link? That would be amazing to get the old version back. I'm just not a fan of the new setup.

Searched on Google "download older fitbit app" There IS a site with all the older versions. Shows up as "Older Versions of Fitbit (Android)" in the search.

Was able to download the August 21, 2023 version (the one previous to the massive UI redesign) and it is working perfectly. Then went into Fitbit on Google Play and set the app to NOT auto update.

Not posting the actual link, do not want them to block or delete the posts

You can’t add steps if you forgot your device. Please bring the old app back. Or tell me how to add steps.

Agree, the new update is terrible.  The look is juvenile, it's hard to navigate, and it has disabled features.  In addition to what others have mentioned I am missing being able to see my fastest and slowest pace on runs.  Fitbit, please restore the old app.  It worked just fine and this update has added nothing good.  Going to try to install an older version as others have suggested, thanks community!
