 Well thank you Fitbit just what we need an app called “Wink Scenes”

 What is the number one app asked for?

Regarding your question, I think one of the most popular apps asked for at the Feature Suggestions Board is the Spotify one:

 

Feel free to check that board and explore what other suggestions about apps are being asked for!

I just got a Versa on Black Friday but so far I am unable to get Wink Scenes to work. I get a message "check phone connection" when I first open the app. It then takes me to the "shortcuts" page but I get "error" ( in red letters) as a message when trying to use it.

Wink support says the problem is Fitbit has it's own OS rather than just Android. The Wink Scenes developer knows about my issue. Does anyone have a similar problem, and any solutions found?

Welcome on board @Sailorguy, it's nice to have a new member around! Smiley Very Happy For future references, with third party apps, note that Fitbit doesn't own or maintain third party integrations. It's up to the owner of the third party app to implement or update features for their app so in this case is recommendable to contact the third party developer to learn more about future implementations. 

 

To contact the developer please open their app on the Fitbit App Gallery, scroll/swipe down and under "App Details" you will find the information. See what the details section say:

I was putting this out there in the interest of seeing if anyone else had experienced the same thing and if there was a work around.

Does this forum only deal with in house apps and their issues? If so I am asking the wrong people. I have had correspondence with the app developer, but so far there hasn't been a fix forthcoming.

Thanks for getting back @Sailorguy! We're glad to troubleshoot any app or clock face available on the App Gallery. You can find this information at: How do I install and manage apps on my Fitbit watch?

 

However, as I stated above, with third party apps Fitbit doesn't own or maintain third party integrations. So, for additional troubleshooting steps you need to contact the owner of the app.
